Retro Noel
01. The Brief
Briefed by MOO's CEO to deliver a retro Christmas party with all the trimmings, for 300 London based MOO Employees.
02. The Delivery | Creative
Managing a small team of two, and working alongside the internal creative studio at MOO, I led the event concept development and art direction from initial mood-boards through to the final event proposal. Key to this event was delivering a cost-effective design that still provided the same level of delight as every other MOO party. I designed an event space that would allow guests to step back in time by exploring various zones from the retro office cubicle complete with early addition Apple Computers, the infamous water cooler & employee awards wall featuring the MOO CEO. Through to a trippy neon zone with retro arcade games & LED Dance floor.
03. The Delivery | Venue
In order to be the most cost effective, I used the office space as the event venue allowing the full budget to be spent on food, drink, decor & entertainment. In order to transform the office I sourced faux walls to reshape the space and create zones within the event.
04. The Delivery | Project Management
I researched, sourced and negotiated all suppliers, including immersive caterers, AV alongside producing all necessary Health & Safety documents. I oversaw the full turn-key event management from detailed production schedules to full-budget management and onsite delivery of the event.
