Annual Family Dinner
01. The Brief
To create and deliver a formal but exquisitely designed dinner party for over 200 guests for Saatchi & Saatchi's annual client banquet called 'Family Dinner'
02. The Delivery | Creative
Whilst working as Creative Event Producer at Kit & Caboodle I led the full event production, creative direction and turn key management of the project. Held at the iconic Landing Forty Two, the highest event space in London with stunning panoramic views.
In order to transform the industrial event space into an inviting and stylish dinner setting, we took inspiration from an organic and autumnal colour pallet to combine rich tones of terracotta, teal and mustard to create a chic and contemporary aesthetic. We also engaged a local crafter to bring to life our vision of giant 1 meter, velvet fringed aerial lampshades to further create an elegant vibe. Using terracotta wall vinyls, paired with mustard drapes and a sculptural aerial floral installation to create a focal point to the space.
