Dystopia
01. The Brief
Briefed by MOO's CEO to provide full turn-key event management to produce and deliver a party to remember for MOO's 10th anniversary in September 2016 for 500 guests.
02. The Delivery | Creative
Managing a small team of two, and working alongside the internal creative studio at MOO, I led the event concept development and art direction from initial mood-boards through to the final event proposal, which I presented to the CEO & SMT for sign-off. Key to this event was developing a story to encapsulate both the MOO tone of voice and the dystopian theme in order to journey guests through a fantasy world of MOO, as they'd never seen before!
03. The Delivery | Venue
No ordinary space or blank canvas warehouse would suffice for such a stylised concept. My venue search required me to seek out the more unconventional spaces that London had to offer. The College in Holborn provided the perfect setting of dilapidated grandeur and mystery.
04. The Delivery | Project Management
I researched, sourced and negotiated all suppliers, food & drink stalls, tech & live entertainment, alongside producing all necessary Health & Safety documents. I oversaw the full turn-key event management from detailed production schedules to full-budget management and onsite delivery of the event.
